Users have to check weather forecast to decide if they need to bring umbrella with them before going out. 

• To check weather, users need to check apps from phones (tablets or other devices), or from TV programs, or from newspapers, or other sources. 

Users need to memorize the weather for all the locations where users will visit. 

• A small device to connect with an app installed in smartphones to get the weather forecast based on geographical locations. 
• The device shows different colored lights to indicate how likely it’s going to rain in the next couple hours. For example, red color means it’s going to rain, yellow means uncertain and green means that it’s not a rainy day. 
• Users don’t need to check weather forecast. Instead, if they attach the device with their umbrellas that usually are located closed to the front door, they can decide if they should bring umbrella with them. 
• It’s a simplified user scenario, without changing the user behavior. 
• Already got the patents issued in some countries.
